On September 2, 2012 at 1:41am, Dover Patrols responded to a large fight at Silvana's Bar, located 337 E.Blackwell Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered at least 50 people fighting. As officers arrived on scene they were advised of 911 calls reporting shots fired at the location. Multiple agencies responded to break up fight. During this time people fled the area.
A subsequent investigation confirmed that a shooting had occurred during the fight. We are looking for witness who were at the location. We are also seeking pictures and/ or video recordings that witnesses may have taken using their cell phones.
