On Thursday, June 15 at approximately 4pm, there was a man exposing himself to people outside the Union Hill Starbucks on Rt. 10. The man was sitting outside the Starbucks with his back to the store with his legs spread wide open. He was dressed in small tight blue shorts and a bright colored tight top. His genitals were hanging out of his pants. And he was holding a white envelope in his hand. As men walked by he would cover himself with the envelope but as women and children walked by he would put the envelpoe aside and expose himself. The Denville Police Department is looking for anyone who saw this act to come forward. You can remain anonymous.
