6034- Robbery in Dover
On November 25, 2006 a robbery was reported at the Ruiz Agency, 57 E. McFarlan St. Dover NJ. The victim advised the responding officer that a Hispanic Male about 5'9" tall with a large build, wearing a black ski mask, black jacket and black pants had robbed him. Victim stated that he was on the first floor in a office doing some work when he heard a voice behind him in Spanish say, "get on the floor". The victim was then struck across the head with a 2X4. The victim then began to fight with the actor but gave up when the actor reached for a knife on the floor. The actor then removed money from the victims pants. The actor then began to go through a desk in the office. The victim at this point began yelling for help and tried to escape. The victim reached a phone and called police.
