On 12-4-05 at 5:45pm, a newborn baby girl was located in a parked vehicle at 309 Washington Ave., Victory Gardens, at the Brook Run Apartment Complex. The baby was 1-2 days old with an umbilical cord still attached. The baby was clothed and wrapped in a blanket with formula and diapers in the vehicle. The vehicle was unlocked and owned by a woman who resides at the apartment complex. The baby is 20 inches long and weighs 8.2 pounds.
